Internal review · Frontier Consultancy

Building AI-first delivery partners.

Internal review of partner workshop content. Microsoft and named reviewers only. The decks, storyboards, and exercises here are still being shaped, and your eyes on them are part of how they get sharper before they go partner-facing.

Why this exists

Partner delivery is changing fast.

Agents and MCP-connected tools are starting to handle the parts of delivery that used to eat consultant hours: backlog grooming, scaffolding, infrastructure, test, the admin around every project.

Agents and MCP-connected tools are starting to handle the parts of delivery that used to eat consultant hours: backlog grooming, scaffolding, infrastructure, test, the admin around every project. The business case is already solid. Customer expectations will follow. The partners building this motion now have a real window to differentiate, and in a year or two, AI-first delivery becomes the baseline.

And the motion doesn't stop at hand-off. Build AND operate. The same agent fleet that builds a customer platform can stay on to run it. That opens a hybrid revenue model for partners: project revenue on the build, recurring revenue on the operating layer, same toolstack doing both.

Frontier Consultancy is the motion that helps partners get there. Today it runs across two tracks: Cloud and AI Platform, and AI Business Solutions for Dynamics partners. More in the pipeline. Each track walks partners through what AI-first delivery looks like in their space, the delivery paths their teams can adopt, and hands-on exercises where they design reusable agents they can put to work on real projects.

Everyone leaves with a curated set of skills, agents, and MCP servers ready to install in their own toolstack: Copilot CLI, VS Code, whatever they use. The change doesn't end when the workshop does. The intent is simple. Give partners the knowledge and the tools to start delivering this way, on real projects, the week after.
