Offers and customer value
Explore which outcomes matter to your customers and how to package your services into an offer you can repeat.
Microsoft partner enablement
Frontier Consultancy is a Microsoft-led program for partners. It helps your practice use supervised AI in real delivery work and build methods your team can repeat across engagements.
For practice leads, consultants and architects across Cloud and AI Platforms and AI Business Solutions. The customer project can be an AI solution or a conventional Dynamics or cloud implementation.
Apply the methods to work such as requirements analysis, configuration or testing. Compare the result with your current approach, including review effort and delivery quality.
Keep reusable methods and assets, subject to the relevant licenses and agreements. The goal is a team that can repeat the work with less help from Microsoft.
AI Transformation for Partners (AITP) focuses on the commercial side of the shift: the value you offer customers and how your practice makes that offer viable.
Explore which outcomes matter to your customers and how to package your services into an offer you can repeat.
Test pricing and profitability assumptions against the way you deliver. Identify the capabilities your practice needs to invest in.
This commercial work can run alongside your delivery engagement. It is not a prerequisite for exploring the tracks.
Practice adoption and project delivery develop together. Start at the point that fits your readiness; an experienced team does not need to repeat introductory work.
Use the introduction and a hands-on exercise to identify a useful workflow. Agree an owner and a result worth measuring.
Use a Customer Zero or customer project. Select the relevant track and agree any coaching or co-delivery support.
Check quality and delivery effort against the baseline. Record the decisions and methods another practitioner can reuse.
Apply the approach again with less Microsoft support. Your practice owns its standards and wider adoption.
Customer Zero means applying the approach in your own organization. It is a useful proving step, not a substitute for checking customer permissions and production requirements.
Use one track or combine expertise around the work. The material is available to explore before discussing an engagement.
For Azure, data and pro-code delivery teams. Apply AI-assisted research and engineering methods to a realistic client scenario.
Includes the CAIP deck, setup guidance and hands-on exercises for Copilot CLI and connected tools.
For Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practices, including Copilot Studio scenarios. Bring your functional consultants and engineers together to improve delivery.
Explore the current exercises, then agree which route fits your practice and the support available.
Governance, approved access and human accountability apply to both tracks from the start.
A useful workshop needs follow-through. Give the work a named owner, agree how teams will use the methods and check whether the changes persist.
Use the Center of Excellence guidance to define responsibilities and working standards. Give the group the authority and time to help teams adopt and improve the approach.
Read the AI CoE guideExplore adoption in your own business, including supporting functions such as sales or finance. Choose a workflow that creates useful evidence for your wider practice.
Read the M365 Copilot adoption guideTrack material, workshops and specialist guidance. Coaching or co-delivery on a real project is agreed with the team according to readiness, scope and capacity.
A practice owner and delivery team with protected time. Bring an appropriate workflow and approved tools and access, then agree how you will review the result.
Agree a baseline for the chosen workflow. Review quality and effort, then check whether another practitioner can reuse the method. Link commercial outcomes where evidence supports the connection. Tool usage or an opportunity link alone does not prove transformation.
The supplied workshop material is provided for program review and authorized participation. It is not licensed for independent workshop delivery or redistribution. Read the participation terms.
The Frontier Transformation Engineer badge recognizes individual skills. The Frontier Partner specialization assesses organizational capability. They have separate requirements; participating in FC does not award either credential.
Understand the recognition paths and official requirementsTell us about your practice and the delivery work you want to improve. A short, non-sensitive description is enough to start. You do not need to have the whole project planned.
